Asociația Craiova Noastra a acționat în instanță Primăria Municipiului Craiova. Reprezentantii asociatiei sustin ca Primăria Municipiului Craiova nu-și îndeplinește atribuțiile cu privire la problemele de mediu prevăzute în Codul Administrativ.
