Premierul interimar Ludovic Orban a declarat, miercuri, după ce Senatul a respins Ordonanța de Urgență privind alegerile anticipate, că PNL va ataca la Curtea Constutuțională respingerea OUG, dacă va trece și de Camera Deputaților.
Senatorii au respins, miercuri, Ordonanţa de Urgenţă pentru organizarea alegerilor anticipate. Proiectul va ajunge la Camera Deputaţilor, care va avea rol de for decizional.
„Avem soluţii. Nu ajunge o lege să fie promulgată aşa de repede. Putem ataca la CCR, avem multe soluţii. Eu sunt convins de faptul că această reglementare este extrem de necesară, este benefică, întăreşte democraţia, lărgeşte drepturile electorale ale cetăţenilor şi nu poate să fie numit neconstituţional textul ordonanţei”, a declarat premierul.
