Cazierul judiciar se eliberează gratuit de la 1 februarie. Începând cu 1 februarie 2017, se elimină taxa de 10 lei pentru eliberarea certificatului de cazier judiciar. Prevederea este valabilă atât pentru persoanele fizice, cât și pentru persoanele juridice.
